Since 2008 Tills Solutions has become an established partner in the digitization of hospitality businesses. As a distributor of Lightspeed and EasyShop, we intstall and support POS systems all throughout Belgium with all the required equipment for an installation. Whether you want a flawlessly functioning wireless network, an evironment with a stable internet connection that never misses out on an online order, a connected payment terminal that provides you with better insights through simple reports, or just a user-friendly POS system, we’ve helped over a 1000 hospitality businesses with customized digital solutions.

To ensure a continuous growth without jeopardizing the quality of our services and to increase our flexibility, Tills Solutions is looking for an account manager who will not only take care of our Dutch-speaking customers but also of the French-speaking ones.

Who are we looking for?

A driven personality with experience in the hospitality industry, a passion for IT in general, and who likes to handle things independently and is result-oriented.

Someone who knows that there are a thousand and one communication channels (and masters them), but realizes that for this job it is still best to communicate face to face.

Someone who approaches our customers with a smile, always aims to find the best solution, and is able defend it with solid arguments.

Who are you? Qualities you need to posses.

  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Eager to learn
  • Someone who fluently writes in Dutch and French and who speaks excellent French is an absolute must (being raised in French or bilingual is an advantage) – trilingualism D/FR/EN is an added bonus of course, but at the same time necessary in a number of situations.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) has little to no secrets for you.
  • Driver’s license B
  • You live in the area, preferably between Ghent and Brussels.

What are your additional assets?

  • You have experience in the hospitality industry, possibly in a management position.
  • Experience in an IT-related job is certainly an advantage but not a must. A (WiFi) network, a PC, a Mac and a Tablet (iOS and Android) hold few secrets for you.
  • You are immediately available.

Which tasks will you carry out?

  • As a professional and honest solution seller you will aim to find the best solution based on a specific situation. You will built a sustainable relationship with the customer and thus in no case sell him nonsense.
  • As project manager you will ensure that the project has a successful outcome.
  • As customer succes manager, you will make sure that the customer can easily operate the new system in no time and, like our other customers, talks highly about our services to potential customers.
  • As account manager you will continue to follow up closely with the customer after the job is completed and make adjustments accordingly.
  • As support providercustomers can come to you with their functional and technical questions. You are the expert on the subject.
  • As teamplayer you understand the need for punctuality in terms of administration of completed tasks.

In fact, you take on every step of the process … from pre-sales to sales, from project manager to onboarding consultant, from support provider to intervention technician. The only thing you don’t have to do is the technical installation. For this you can rely on a team of experienced technicians. It goes without saying that initially you will deal more with support related questions to gain knowledge on the subject and gradually grow into the other facets of this varied job.

Because of your professional attitude you will eventually succeed in obtaining a sufficient amount of leads from your network, directly or indirectly. On top of that you will also generate leads at (catering) fairs.
